TSC has innovated the process of providing a complete offshore rig package. Whether your need calls for a jack-up rig, semi-submersible or a platform modular rig.

Jack-Ups
TSC, through a seamless turnkey approach,.  teamed up with Freide and Goldman, one of the top offshore rig designers in the world,  to provide the complete canti-lever and drill floor package which includes the  canti-lever and drill floor structure, drilling equipment, solid control system, power package,  rig control and drive package,  BOP stack and handling, pipe handling system.  This “canti-lever kit” is pre-commissioned at TSC’s purpose-built facility.  After function testing all related equipment, the “canti-lever kit” is then towed to a shipyard for  hook-up and final commissioning. This process substantially reduces the commissioning time At the current high day rate, early delivery of an offshore drilling rig will help our customers’ bottom line and the overall project economics.

Semi-Submersible Rigs
TSC and its partners, Yantai Raffle and Freide Goldman apply the same philosophy as used for  jack-up rig construction through innovative construction method.  Construction of blocks for the semisubmersible and the installation of drilling equipment  is all accomplished   on the ground.  The final integrated blocks are lifted through Yantai Raffle 20,000 MT gantry  crane, the largest of its kind in the world.

Platform Modular Rigs
Now with a wealth of similar project experience, TSC’s engineering team will customize the design for your specific platform modular rig, whether the requirement is for a large modular drilling rig package or a smaller work-over package.  The modularized packages: drilling package, solid control package, power package and living quarters,  etc. can be arranged to accommodate your development well drilling and work-over operation.  Complete packages can be easily lifted and re-located to another platform.
